I need to add my voice to the Steven Cohen chorus. We recently bought and sold through Steven, and know several people who have used him in the past and all rave.
Specifically - the team (and there is a team) are fantastic at taking care of all the details, and once you have a buyer, then they take care of everything through closing.
Tim even went out and bought CO2 detectors since we didn't have them for the inspection.

He sold one of his personal properties to our friends before he even placed it on the market. He's great.
